Alan Markman began his career practicing as an associate with Garry Furnari, a formidable litigator who is now a Superior Court judge. They handled both plaintiff cases and insurance defense. This experience gives Mr. Markman an important understanding of the information insurance companies are looking for when settling (or fighting) a personal injury claim.
Alan has over 15 years of legal experience and has devoted his practice solely to plaintiff personal injury representation since 1997.
Robert Cannan attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School and began his career as a trial lawyer determined to protect the rights of his clients. He has successfully recovered millions of dollars in settlements and jury verdicts on behalf of injured clients and the families of accident victims. He has significant experience going up against insurance companies and established medical providers in medical malpractice lawsuits.
